Leaders cast long shadows over their organisations and employees – so how can they build a culture of success in their workplaces?

The culture of an organisation can mean the difference between success and failure.  Creating the right culture often leads to higher staff retention and more productive and efficient workplaces.  In a global quest for talent, leaders and managers will require a new set of skills and a renewed understanding of cultural theory and practice.  During this IMC Seminar, participants will gain practical insights into how to align culture with strategy to deliver business results.

Jerome Parisse-Brassens

Jerome is the Asia Pacific Regional Director for Walking the Talk, a global culture transformation consultancy firm.  Jerome has over 25 years’ experience in culture change, business improvement and strategy development.  His key achievements include several large-scale culture and change initiatives for private and government organisations in Australia and in Europe.

Holding masters degrees in economics and linguistics, Jerome speaks several languages and is always in the process of learning a new one. During his presentation, Jerome will talk about;

• How reputational damage is linked to culture
• How culture affects buy/sell decisions
• How culture is created through the unspoken messages people receive
• Core leadership qualities required for any cultural change
• Key levers for changing organisational culture Jerome will also engage his audience in workshopping a case study in cultural transformation using a real-life situation.
