Negotiating and Preparing Winning Proposals

A presentation and Q&A with Ken Huxley, Director Intelligent Manoeuvres Consulting.  This will be followed by a networking opportunity. Ken is part of the IMC QLD Committee and has spent the last 10 years growing and managing his own consulting practice. Ken also teaches at the QUT School of Business.

Consultants, particularly in SME’s, are continually looking at ways to better present their value add. Two key elements in our toolkit are negotiation and producing a winning proposal.

Ken will discuss:

• A number of elements of proposals and some key skills that can be used to enhance their quality,
• Key features of the presentation will focus on moving the proposal from the physical to the persuasive,
• This will be achieved through building a compelling case, using tried and true framework of structured logic that reduces ambiguity for the reader and builds to clear action, and
• Some refinements and things that we must avoid.

Registration via the IMC Website is essential for catering purposes and to ensure we keep within the venue capacity.  So Register early to avoid disappointment.
