ADAPT ● INNOVATE ● FACILITATE
The consulting profession . . . what 's the future?
How do we build the capability of the consulting profession?
The IMC National Conference has been the must-attend event for professional consultants for the last five years - and this year will be no different!
The theme of our conference this year is “Adapt ● Innovate ● Facilitate”, from the perspective of Consultants/Advisors improving/transforming themselves, their firms and their ability to support their Clients to enable better outcomes for Government, Industry and Community.
Day 1 of the Conference is focused on the drivers and tools/techniques for change towards shaping the future of the Consulting Profession. Day 2 of the Conference is focused on ‘listening’ to Government and Industry and better understanding what the Client Marketplace needs/wants from the Consulting Profession. Facilitated sessions will also help to respond to the Speakers and Discussions, and engage Delegates in the development of a roadmap towards building the capability of the consulting profession for the future.
Our Speakers include expert consultants, advisors, coaches and facilitators, along with representatives from Government and Industry.
We are grateful to our Sponsors and special interest group Partners for their assistance and support, and look forward to working together to make this Conference a place of collaboration and partnership.

FINAL DAYS for Registration . . . so, don't miss out!
IMC Australia was established in 1969, and is a founding member of ICMCI International (established in 1987). By our definition, Consultants are those ‘professionals’ who are degree qualified, have technical experience in their base qualification (eg. engineering, science, business, finance, accounting, law, etc), and now provide consulting/advisory services to add value to client organisations (either internally or externally). Professional Members who can demonstrate achievement of competencies in our international competency framework may be awarded “Certified Management Consultant” (CMC) status – similar to becoming a Chartered Engineer or Chartered Accountant, etc.
Sincerely,
Brendyn Williams (FIMC CMC), NSW&ACT Chapter President
